Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in any course, submitting an application, registering for a scholarship examination, or using the services of Prodigy Educlasses, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Student Discipline & Conduct
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance, discipline, respectful behaviour and sincere academic effort. Any involvement in indiscipline, bullying, harassment, unfair means, misconduct, spreading false or misleading information, or inappropriate communication through social media/messaging platforms may result in suspension or expulsion. The Institute’s decision shall be final. No fee or part thereof will be refunded in such cases.
- Prolonged Absence
If a student remains absent for more than 10 consecutive days without prior written permission, the Institute may discontinue the student’s enrollment and restrict access to classes, tests and study materials. No separate reminder is mandatory, and no fee will be refunded in such cases.
- Admission & Refund
Admission fees are non-refundable once deposited. If a student requests cancellation before the commencement of classes, only the eligible tuition fee, if applicable, may be considered for refund as per the Institute’s refund policy. Admission fees paid for one course cannot be transferred or adjusted against another course.
- Examination Applications
The responsibility for correctly filling, submitting and completing applications for entrance/competitive examinations rests entirely with the student and/or parent/guardian. Prodigy Educlasses shall not be responsible for missed deadlines, incorrect information, rejection or non-acceptance of any application.
- Examination Eligibility
Students and parents/guardians are responsible for verifying eligibility requirements for any examination. If an application is rejected because the student is not eligible or fails to meet the examination authority’s requirements, no refund of course fees shall be claimed from the Institute.
- Admission Form & Documents
All admission/application forms must be complete and accompanied by the required documents, including applicable mark sheets and recent photographs. Incomplete or incorrect forms may be rejected.
- Student Achievement Publicity & Testimonials
By enrolling with Prodigy Educlasses, students and parents/guardians consent to the Institute using the student’s name, photograph, result/rank and achievement for promotional and publicity purposes across its website, social media, advertisements, brochures and other media.
The Institute may also request and record student/parent video or audio testimonials during or after the course for genuine referencing and promotional purposes.
- Class Schedule & Faculty
Prodigy Educlasses reserves the right to modify class schedules, timings, batches, classrooms or faculty, with prior notice wherever reasonably possible.
- Parent Meetings
Parents/guardians may meet the Centre In-charge or concerned academic team regarding the student’s progress or other academic matters by prior appointment.
- Change of Contact Details
Any change in the student’s or parent’s/guardian’s address, mobile number or email ID must be informed to the Institute in writing within 10 days of the change.
- Late Entry
Students arriving 15 minutes or more late for a class or test may not be permitted to enter the classroom.
- Missed Tests
Students who miss a scheduled test may collect the question paper from the office within 10 days of the test date. After this period, the question paper may not be provided.
- Fee Payment
Tuition fees must be paid in advance as per the applicable payment schedule. Parents/guardians are responsible for timely payment and should not expect individual reminders or calls from the Institute.
- Late Payment & Cheque Bounce
Course fees must be paid within the stipulated installment/payment dates. A late fee may be charged for delayed payments as per the applicable course policy. In case of cheque dishonour, an applicable ₹200 cheque-bounce charge will be payable separately, in addition to the outstanding fee.
- Study Material & Academic Content
Study materials, mock-test papers, DPPs, question papers, notes and other academic resources provided by Prodigy Educlasses are for the enrolled student’s personal use only. Copying, reproducing, sharing, distributing, selling or forwarding such material to others is strictly prohibited.
- GST & Government Taxes
If the applicable GST rate or any other statutory tax/levy is increased by the Government, the additional amount applicable from the date of enforcement shall be payable by the student/parent/guardian.
- Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events
Prodigy Educlasses shall not be liable for disruption, loss or injury arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, electrical faults, government restrictions, public emergencies or other force majeure events.
- Communication
Prodigy Educlasses and its authorised representatives may contact students/parents through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other communication channels regarding courses, classes, tests, academic updates, enquiries, offers and relevant information.
- Course Venue
Courses will be conducted at the venue communicated and agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Prodigy Educlasses reserves the right to shift classes to a reasonable alternative venue when required, with appropriate communication to students/parents.
For online/e-learning courses, access will be provided through the applicable online platform or learning system.
- Online Course Access
For online courses involving personalised login credentials and streaming content, once the student accesses the course or streaming content, any applicable cooling-off/right-to-cancel period may no longer apply, subject to the specific course/refund policy.
- Personal Belongings
Students are responsible for their personal belongings. Prodigy Educlasses shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to the premises.
Lost or misplaced study materials may be replaced, wherever available, upon payment of the applicable replacement charges.
- Fee Default & Suspension
Students whose fees remain unpaid beyond the applicable due date may be restricted from attending classes, tests or accessing academic facilities/materials until the outstanding amount is cleared.
- Parent/Guardian Conduct
Parents/guardians are expected to maintain respectful conduct with faculty and staff. Serious misconduct, abusive behaviour or harassment towards any employee or representative of Prodigy Educlasses may result in the student’s enrollment being terminated. No fee will be refunded in such cases.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All courses, study materials, lectures, notes, tests, DPPs, question papers, videos, content, designs and other academic resources developed by Prodigy Educlasses remain the exclusive intellectual property of Prodigy Educlasses, unless otherwise stated.
Students shall not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, publish, sell, rent, share or commercially use such content without prior written permission.
- Limitation of Responsibility
Students are responsible for their own conduct, decisions and actions. Prodigy Educlasses and its employees, faculty or authorised representatives shall not be liable for losses or outcomes arising from a student’s illegal acts, misconduct, misuse of services or failure to follow instructions.
No coaching institute can guarantee a particular rank, score, admission or examination outcome. Results depend on multiple factors, including the student’s effort, attendance, preparation and performance.
- Consent to Collection & Use of Information
By submitting information through the Prodigy Educlasses website, offline centre, admission/application form or scholarship examination, the student/parent/guardian confirms that the information provided is accurate and gives explicit consent to Prodigy Educlasses to collect and use such information for legitimate purposes related to admissions, academic services, communication, administration and relevant Institute activities.
- Consent to Contact
By providing contact details such as mobile number, email address or other communication details, the student/parent/guardian gives explicit consent to Prodigy Educlasses and its authorised representatives to contact them through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other permitted communication channels regarding enquiries, courses, services, academic information, offers and promotions.
- No Cancellation After Course Purchase
Courses purchased/enrolled in cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where a refund is specifically permitted under the applicable Prodigy Educlasses Refund Policy.
Student & Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement
By enrolling in Prodigy Educlasses or submitting an application, the student and parent/guardian confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them.
Prodigy Educlasses reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
