Prodigy Educlasses Admission Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to cancellation of admission and refund of fees paid for courses, programmes, test series or academic services offered by Prodigy Educlasses. Admission/payment signifies acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy.

2. Before Batch Commencement

Refund requests must be submitted before the concerned batch starts. Requests submitted after commencement are not ordinarily considered under the pre-commencement refund provision.

3. Tuition Fee Refund

Before batch commencement, an approved valid cancellation request qualifies for a refund of 100% of the Tuition Fee actually paid, subject to the exclusions mentioned in this policy.

4. Non-Refundable Components

The following fees and charges are non-refundable:

• Registration Fee
• Admission Processing Charges
• Issued Study Material
• Consumed Test Series Charges
• Payment Gateway Charges
• Third-Party Financing Charges
• Consumable Materials
• Taxes / GST

5. Study Materials and Resources

Where books, modules, test papers, digital resources or other academic materials have been issued, supplied, activated or made available, corresponding charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

6. Academic Services Availed

Charges for any test series, examination, assessment, academic service or other facility already consumed, attended, activated or made available are not refundable.

7. Payment and Financing Charges

Payment gateway, transaction, third-party financing, loan-related and other external service-provider charges are not refundable by the Institute.

8. Refund Processing

Once approved, the refundable amount is processed through the applicable payment mode or banking channel after verification and completion of refund formalities. Credit timing may vary by external providers.

9. Documentation and Verification

The Institute may request relevant documents, payment records, admission details, identification documents or other information needed to verify and process the request.

10. Course Transfer or Programme Change

Transfer to another course is not an automatic cancellation or refund. It may be considered separately, subject to eligibility, seat availability, fee differences, academic rules and approval.

11. No Automatic Refund

Payment of fees or submission of a cancellation request does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund. Refunds remain subject to this policy, verification and approval.

12. Management’s Right

The Institute may examine each request on its individual facts and circumstances and take an appropriate decision in accordance with this policy, admission terms and institutional rules.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Refund requests must be submitted before the commencement of the concerned batch. Where a valid request is submitted before commencement, 100% of the Tuition Fee actually paid is refundable, subject to the non-refundable components expressly stated in this Policy.
